Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Huntley, IL seeks an Inventory Technician for full-time night shift (4pm–2am) to support production inventory.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials with accuracy, using ERP systems, and collaborating with shop teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience in inventory or warehousing, forklift experience preferred, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, or production support environments preferred.
• Experience operating forklift preferred.
• Ability to learn and use ERP/inventory management systems.
• Basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away complex inventory items with accurate counts.
• Label parts and confirm bin locations before storage.
• Operate powered equipment to unload and store inventory.
• Move and store large attachments using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain yard standards and safety in varied weather conditions.
• Release shop orders and pull/issue parts to build job carts on schedule.
• Ship material using Parcel and LTL systems with proper documentation.
• Respond to inventory requests from the shop floor promptly.
• Lead routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies in the system.
• Communicate task status and issues via email and system tools.
