Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a warehouse associate to coordinate material transfers, receiving and shipping, and to promote data integrity in SAP. The role includes leading clerks in the absence of the supervisor and performing assigned duties during the shift from Thursday–Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

The position requires strong PC skills, the ability to read and write, and teamwork with cross-functional areas to ensure accurate material handling.

Qualifications

• Present information clearly to managers, clients, customers and the public.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Operate a Windows PC and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Follow simple instructions with few variables.
• Read and comprehend basic instructions and memos.
• Perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute transfers and sorting/shipping of materials as directed.
• Complete receiving and shipping documents as needed.
• Operate material transfer equipment.
• Promote SAP data integrity via standard processes.
• Collaborate with others to ensure timely material flow.
• Lead warehouse clerks when supervisor is absent.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
