Job summary
Celgard, LLC seeks an Instrument & Electrical Technician for the Night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2-2-3 schedule in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the I&E Supervisor and involves maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include calibrations, diagnostics, and repairs for power systems, drives, and instruments, with emphasis on safety and documentation. Veterans and transitioning service members encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years in industrial instrumentation/electrical work.
- Experience with instrumentation and control loops a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical calibrations and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical power systems, motor drives, and control systems.
- Operate test equipment such as voltmeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment as needed.
- Install or verify correct instrument installations and support new equipment startup.
