Job summary

Splice is hiring an Installer II to support receiving, delivery, and installation of furniture at customer sites in the South Seattle area. You will disassemble and reassemble Steelcase and office systems furniture, load/unload the truck, and complete required paperwork while ensuring top-tier customer service and safety.

The role requires a valid WA driver’s license, own tool set, and the ability to work a night shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with overtime as needed; experience with blueprint reading

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of related work experience; installation of commercial office furniture preferred.
• Must have own tool set as defined by OpenSquare.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, delivery and installation of furniture at customer sites.
• Disassemble and reassemble Steelcase and office systems furniture.
• Load and pack the truck for deliveries and complete paperwork (timesheets, merchandise return).
• Coordinate with Operations Lead and Lead installer on on-site progress and issues; mentor new Installers.
