• If working in ND or MN and not a CNA, must be on the NA Registry within four months from date of hire.
• If working in WI, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of an RN/LPN.
• Record vital signs and assist with basic health care needs (bathing, grooming, eating, mobility).
