Vetted Solutions is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in a new advanced acute care unit with private rooms. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions, providing direct care overnight, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Address the physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and adapt assignments based on patient needs.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives, unit decision-making, and evidence-based practice.
• Support a team-oriented environment, troubleshoot equipment, and promote safety protocols.
