Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to operate and maintain injection-molding presses, inspect products, and document production steps. You will package finished goods, label for accuracy, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions, and teamwork with the production line. 3rd shift nights with 10–12 hour shifts and Monday–Friday schedule including occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Follows established procedures and work instructions.
• Maintains high attention to detail and quality.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately.
• Able to document production activities accurately.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn company policies, procedures, and basic molding operations.
• Previous molding/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection-molding presses.
• Visually inspect molded products per QIP and mold book.
• Package finished products according to the packing process sheet.
• Complete production paperwork: quantities, scrap, downtime, equipment problems, labor reporting.
• Count products by weight and fill totes accurately.
• Label products for proper identification and count accuracy.
• Move products between processes as needed.
• Load and unload components into/out of molds per machine automation.
• Follow established procedures to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other routine production duties as assigned.
