Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automated plastic injection molding.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize automated injection molding machines.
• Install, adjust, and tune molds and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Monitor processes and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the on-shift technical resource for the molding team.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Collaborate with production to meet daily goals.
• Mentor and develop peers and helpers into technicians.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
