Job summary

Bobcat, a Doosan Corporation brand, is seeking an industrial Painter to finish metal parts with powder coating and operate paint and curing equipment. You will help ensure every part meets quality standards and follow ISO checklists while maintaining a safe work environment.

You don't need to have identical painting experience; candidates with industrial, automotive, powder coating, or manufacturing finishing backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Shift: 8:30 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures.
• Must possess the ability to work under time pressure and rapidly for extended periods of time.
• The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in written and verbal forms is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint powder to all parts that pass through the paint booth, ensuring paint quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance of paint booths.
• Operate and maintain cure oven.
• Keep work area clean.
• Assist in reworking of parts.
• Complete ISO Checklists.
• Perform duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Performs overtime work as required.
• Assist and training of others as requested by supervisor.
