Rudolph Foods Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining packaging and processing equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience reading schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two-year technical degree or 2+ years' industrial maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Complete preventive maintenance per schedule.
  • Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Assist with installations, changeovers, and machine setup.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory.
  • Support continuous improvement to increase reliability.
