Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician for our Tolleson, AZ plant. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical repairs of injection molding, printing, and automation equipment, with emphasis on safety, troubleshooting, and teamwork.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) on a bi-weekly alternating schedule, with overtime and a shift differential. Prior experience with Husky molding machines is preferred, and a strong GMP/HACCP mindset is

Qualifications

Requires strong electrical and mechanical repair skills in an industrial setting.
Experience with molding equipment, conveyors, presses, and PLC systems preferred.
Must be able to read operating instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/mechanical molding equipment and accessories.
Perform preventive maintenance on Husky and other injection molding machines and related equipment.
Maintain PM and work-order files and follow GMP/HACCP practices.
Operate overhead cranes and follow Lock-Out Tag-out procedures.
Collaborate in a team environment and provide support as needed.
