Qualifications

• 4–6+ years maintaining and installing industrial equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Hands-on with high-voltage systems and electronics troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and safely follow lockout/tagout.
• Proactive self-starter who works well on a team and can handle night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and ladder logic to isolate faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with a full range of tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements.
