• Must have a personal smartphone and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check, and MVR check if required for the position.
• Positive attitude with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company PPE requirements.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations.
