Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; planning; implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting demographic and cultural diversity.
• Partners with the patient and family using bedside shifts reports and interdisciplinary rounds to align goals with the care plan.
• Practices nursing using current clinical practice standards.
