Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• One year relevant experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and establish an authentic relationship with the patient and their support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care.
• Promote optimal health or support a peaceful death through compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Deliver care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
