Job summary

Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with ICU specialty to join our travel nursing team for a 13-week assignment in a Level 1 Trauma Center. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans for ICU and Step-Down ICU units.

You must graduate from an accredited nursing program and be prepared to work in high-pressure environments with a focus on exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in ICU or Step-Down ICU settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state laws.
• Document patient care according to standards of care.
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and governance.
• Provide clinical guidance to other units/departments.

Utilize the nursing process to care for patients in ICU and Step-Down ICU units
