Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.

• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and assigns duties.
• Maintains security of keys and equipment.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Trains staff and promotes teamwork.
