Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY at University of Tennessee Medical, 1924 Alcoa Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. The shift runs from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, and days may vary. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
