Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping in a commercial, clinical, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking skills and understand English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and custodial tasks in general upkeep, sanitation and cleanliness of the facility.
• Cleans rooms, bathrooms, offices and halls using buffers, scrubbers, sweepers and carpet cleaners.
• Launders soiled linens, operates washers/dryers, and transports trash to disposal area.
• Maintains cleaning cart and linen supply closet inventories; follows infection control standards.
