Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers.
• Assesses patient needs based on history, observation, exam and diagnostic data.
• Records physical findings and formulates plans and prognosis.
• Plans, implements and coordinates care to meet holistic needs of patients.
• Fosters caring, compassion and respect for patients, families and visitors.
• Demonstrates professionalism and integrity.
• Performs physical exams and preventative health measures under physician guidance.
• Discusses cases with physician to prepare comprehensive care plans.
