Responsibilities

• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital areas and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and wayfinding.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information promptly.
