Job summary

Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Medical Center seeks an experienced Housekeeper for the Environmental Services Department. Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Advanced knowledge of cleaning products.

• High school diploma or GED is highly desired, but not required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment safely and properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Notify supervisor of damages or disturbances.
• Keep bathrooms stocked with supplies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and order more as needed.
