Job summary

Trove Home Care is seeking dependable Overnight Caregivers to support clients in Charlottesville and surrounding communities. The role focuses on overnight, one-on-one in-home care, with shifts that may include weekdays or weekends based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA, PCA, or HHA credential, or meet Trove training requirements.
• Valid driverb4s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Pass required background and driving record checks.
• Lift at least 35 lbs safely.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client4s home.
• Reliable availability for overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Overnight safety monitoring and supervision.
• Medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Laundry and companionship.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the Trove care team.
