Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Histology Group Lead in Cincinnati, OH (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM) with ASCP Histotechnology certification. Leads histology operations, supervises lab staff, troubleshoots quality issues, and ensures compliance with CLIA/CAP standards.

Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials on certain hours. Qualifications include ASCP Histotech, 3 years histology experience (6 for NY supervisory coverage), and an Associate degree minimum.

Qualifications

• 3 years Histology experience
• Supervisory coverage experience (NY licensed lab)
• ASCP Histotechnology certification
• Able to supervise histology operations

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in day-to-day histology lab operations during assigned shift.
• Perform duties of Histotechnologist II as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and students.
• Maintain quality control procedures and document QC activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist in procedure development.
