Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year working with behavioral health clients (mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patients' vital signs and communicates findings to nursing staff.
• Assists with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, shaving, and dressing.
• Prepares clients for medical treatments or examinations as directed.
• Facilitates recreational and social activities for clients.
• Observes and documents patient data, behavior, and activities.
• Ensures the safety and security of clients.
