Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Cleaner/Customer Service to maintain cleanliness and provide a positive member experience across all facility areas. This role reports to the Club Manager and offers both full-time and part-time hours.

Responsibilities include cleaning locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors; restocking supplies; reporting issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead; and assisting members with service needs. Physical stamina is required.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to report issues and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker room with paper products.
• Report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager/Team Lead.
• Process lost-and-found items per policy.
