Job summary

Casey’s Distribution Center is seeking a Heavy Duty Grocery Order Filler for our night shift. The role runs Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 pm–2:30 am, with overtime as needed. You will examine labels, pick and palletize items, and follow safety standards to ensure accurate orders.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a potential raise to $22.00 per hour after 6 months based on performance. A $1.50 shift differential applies to this shift.

Qualifications

• Functional reading, writing and numerical skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Examines assigned grocery picking labels to determine correct lane, route, stop, tote count, and cigarette count.
• Selects correct amount of grocery items from the pick slot and stacks merchandise onto a pallet.
• Complies with safety procedures and food safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
