Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated overnight grocery supervisor to oversee pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of merchandise in the North Wales, PA area. You will supervise the night crew, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain high standards of presentation and safety.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation to multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Adequate math skills to enable accurate counting of merchandise.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dexterity to lift and stock merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to retrieve/place merchandise on top racks; top racking may be 20% of shift.
• Reliable transportation to travel to specified stores.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Overnight supervision of pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of merchandise.
• Assist with training of night crew leaders, back up night crew leaders, and new night crew employees.
• Delegate and assign tasks to night crew members and monitor productivity.
• Ensure accurate pricing and stocking procedures and product rotation.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation per policy.
• Observe safety policies and report security concerns.
• Provide coaching and support to staff to maintain performance.
• Notify store management of personnel situations requiring action.
• Assist with unloading of merchandise and stocking activities.
• Assist with blocking, facing and general store presentation.
