Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to join our overnight operations, supporting receiving, stocking, and merchandising to high standards. You will interact with customers and Team Members, perform duties with accuracy, and follow SOPs to keep the store safe and clean.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be able to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Handles invoices for product delivered outside store receiving hours.
• Reports miss-picks to team leadership.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces.
• Aids in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows SOPs including health and safety requirements.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working/shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties with pricing accuracy.
