Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. seeks a Machine Operator - Overnights in Clinton, PA to operate production equipment on a 6pm–6am night shift. You will load hoppers, pack products, and perform GDP and cleanroom tasks while following GMP and ISO 13485 standards.

The role requires attention to detail, PPE compliance, and ability to stand for long periods. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures and PPE must be followed.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and GDP documentation.
• Basic knowledge of HMI systems a plus.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and load hoppers according to work instructions.
• Pack finished products and complete GDP paperwork.
• Resolve basic HMI faults and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
