Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of executive protection principles and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate real-time movements of clients and protection teams across time zones.
• Track GPS and dashboards to maintain situational awareness and safe departures/arrivals.
• Provide direct communication oversight to protection personnel, drivers, and partners.
• Execute and support emergency protocols for incidents and travel disruptions.
• Document activity in operational platforms and ensure thorough handovers.
• Collaborate with intelligence analysts to identify travel risks and developments.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and contribute to SOP updates.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
