Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to monitor global events using open-source intelligence and produce in-depth reports supporting customer operations. The role emphasizes crisis communication, rapid decision-making, and cross-team collaboration across time zones.

The analyst will handle security briefs, identify emerging threats, and provide insights to leadership while maintaining high professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a security intelligence-related field or corporate security environment.
• Excellent research, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Open-source research skills; ability to use social media resources for proactive intelligence collection.
• Demonstrated research and critical thinking skills to identify, collect, synthesize, and evaluate large amounts of data and draw logical conclusions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours during crisis periods, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate under stress and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global events using multiple open-source intelligence sites and identify actions to protect customer assets.
• Inform and respond quickly to events impacting customer assets using the crisis communication process.
• Produce in-depth reports to support customer operations and mitigate threats.
• Peer review work products for relevance, grammar, and content quality.
• Construct routine security briefs and reports on a variety of topics.
• Identify and report on existing and emerging security threats in client operations.
• Monitor incidents of civil unrest, natural hazards, geopolitics, and crime.
• Generate professional reports based on collected data and provide insight to stakeholders.
• Be the analytical focal point for security intelligence gathering processes.
