Job summary

Custom Glass Solutions is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician – Multi-Craft for our Upper Sandusy, OH facility. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems for glass production equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience and PLC/HMI familiarity. Night shifts run 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule with a $2/hour premium. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyors, and automated equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including glass cutting machines and conveyors.
• Diagnose electrical issues with motors, sensors, drives, and control panels.
• Repair or replace worn components and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond quickly to downtime and document repairs.
