Job summary

JMS Turning Point Division is seeking Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available. Training provided.

Responsibilities include keeping walkways clear, shoveling coal/coal dust, performing general labor and maintenance, and ensuring MSHA surface paperwork is managed with training provided.

Qualifications

• MSHA surface training + site tour (will be provided).
• Able to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing, and hair follicle test.

• Hose & shovel coal/coal dust in prep plant, transfer buildings & silos.
• General labor & maintenance work where needed.
• Safety procedures and training adherence as required.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday night thru Saturday Morning or Saturday night thru Wednesday morning.
• Night Shift 9:00 pm - 7:00 am - 4 on 3 off (10‑hour days)
• Overtime Available
• Full time hours

Compensation

• $23.00 per hour
• $1.00/hr raise after 90 days with no unexcused absences and 0 tardies - pending performance review
