SWP Contracting & Paving is urgently hiring Temporary full-time Laborers/Flaggers to work the Night Shift at our Tonto Basin construction project.

What You Will Be Doing

• Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Perform general construction labor.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
• Understand and follow company operational processes and safety and health policies and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to travel or stay and work in a remote location, Tonto Basin Arizona.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work nights.
