Job summary

International Paper in Madison, OH is seeking a General Factory Third Shift Helper to support day-to-day plant operations. You will assist with feeding and stacking at machine centers, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help set up production on various machines to ensure quality output.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Read and understand job specifications and follow directions.
• Demonstrate teamwork and resolve issues professionally.
• Operate machines safely and maintain output quality.
• Read a tape measure and understand basic measurements.
• Willing to work daily overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist across the facility, feeding and stacking at machine centers.
• Support hand labor and housekeeping to maintain clean production areas.
• Help with setup and production on operator's machine and ensure quality.
