Job summary

ORBIS Corporation, a Menasha Corporation subsidiary, is hiring a General Labor Production Operator to support our manufacturing team. You will prepare products for shipment by cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating and stacking according to specifications and customer needs.

Shift is 7p-7a with a 2/2/3 schedule. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K with Company Match, and an Annual Incentive Plan, among others.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret product-related documentation.
• Commitment to safety and following STW and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow product specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare, clean, inspect, assemble and pack components.
• Maintain safe and efficient production flow and uphold quality.
• Assist in training of new hires and support cross-functional teams.
• Follow STW documentation and training protocols.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
