Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner for evening/night shifts. You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies, and you will be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.

Daily tasks include wiping down surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and reporting any repairs or leaks you observe. Medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401k are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required. We train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces using 4M practices with green-sealed supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks, or drips observed during duties.
