Millennium Print Group, the world’s leading trading card printer, seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor for nights in Mebane, NC. You will lead a fast-paced warehouse team, oversee shipping/receiving, and drive safe, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maximize engagement and performance.
• Monitor metrics related to quality, productivity, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve operational issues and collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain fulfillment reports and communicate operational updates to management.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to meet business demands.
• Support employee development, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Partner with Security and Quality teams to maintain compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
