Job summary

H&S Transportation is seeking a Fuel Transportation Driver in Redmond, OR, to safely deliver fuel products while complying with DOT regulations and company safety standards. This night-shift role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and professional representation of the company with customers and regulators.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life insurance, vacation, sick time, holidays, and monthly safety bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety procedures for transporting hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate fuel delivery trucks to transport fuel to assigned locations.
• Load and unload fuel products following all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Verify delivery accuracy and maintain thorough records of all fuel transfers.
• Ensure tanks, hoses, and valves are properly connected and secured during deliveries.
• Conduct complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
• Report maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned truck and equipment at all times.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of hazardous materials.
• Follow company safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Interact professionally with customers at delivery sites to ensure satisfaction.
