Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Frozen Foods Selector and Case Picker for the night shift to efficiently fulfill orders in a temperature-controlled environment. You will select cases, verify items, prepare pallets, and maintain cold-chain integrity while meeting nightly shipping deadlines.

The role requires experience with RF scanners and WMS, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a freezer environment alongside a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, grocery, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory accuracy and replenishment processes preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cases safely.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and fulfillment using RF scanners and WMS workflows.
• Replenish active pick locations and verify inventory locations.
• Record movements and resolve simple scanning issues.
• Maintain case pick accuracy and meet productivity goals.
• Ensure frozen products remain within temperature controls and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and shipping for nightly goals.
