Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Night Shift Frozen Foods Selector and Case Picker to accurately fulfill customer and retail orders in a temperature-controlled facility. You will pick cases with RF scanners, replenish inventory, verify product codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and ensure cold-chain integrity.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year in warehouse or distribution preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS preferred.
• Able to lift heavy cases and work in freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and fulfillment using RF scanners and WMS-directed workflows.
• Pick cases according to waves, routes, and priorities; verify quantities and codes.
• Build pallets per safety, quality, and customer standards; maintain accuracy.
• Follow FEFO inventory rotation; report shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts, inventory verification, and occasional slotting activities.
