Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce EHS programs and safety behaviors.
• Supervise and develop production staff, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee formulation operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure materials management and availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor and report on production performance with accurate documentation.
