Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in formulation operations, preferably chemical, agricultural, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and manage performance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration across multiple functions.
• Ability to work night shift and provide additional support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce EHS programs, ensuring policy compliance and proactive safety behaviors.
• Supervise and develop production staff, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee formulation operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure proper materials management, including raw materials availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality systems.
• Support implementation of new equipment, processes, and product introductions.
• Monitor and report on production performance with accurate shift reporting.
