Job summary

Fenix Parts in Indianapolis is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator - Shipping Clerk for a part-time night shift. You will manage shipping and receiving, stage parts for dispatch, and ensure timely processing to meet delivery standards.

You will also enter shipping data into the YMS system, inspect parts for quality, and uphold forklift safety and neat, organized warehouse conditions. Prior forklift experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Forklift experience highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of small packages via UPS, FedEx, and other couriers.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality before shipment.
• Enter shipping information accurately into the YMS system.
• Stage parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to shipping duties.
• Maintain forklift safety and keep work area clean and debris-free.
