Job summary

WP Rawl is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the Production Department in a refrigerated facility. You will safely move palletized materials, assist with inventory control, and support production lines while adhering to strict safety procedures.

As a team member, you will handle pallets, perform routine equipment checks, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a shift schedule involving

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience required or preferred.
• Must follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move palletized materials and finished products throughout facility.
• Move pallets into storage racks and trailers.
• Deliver products to production lines as needed.
• Rotate inventory to ensure oldest stock is used first.
• Stack and label boxes on pallets per customer specs.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and perform housekeeping duties.
• Complete daily inspections and report equipment issues to supervisor.
