You will pull products from shelves, process orders on the forklift, and meet picks‑per‑hour metrics. Candidates must have at least 1 year forklift experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, standing for 8 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Pull product off shelves and process orders on the forklift.
• Operate the Pick Module.
• Meet minimum KPIs (picks per hour).
• Maintain and inspect forklift equipment.
