Job summary

Wonder, based in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move goods within a high-volume warehouse. You will support inbound receiving, inventory movement, put-away, and outbound shipment preparation, ensuring accuracy and safety.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of forklift operation experience, a forklift certification, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. Evening/weekend availability, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a safety-first mindset are essential. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating power industrial equipment in a warehouse.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• 6+ months of using smartphones/tablets for data input/output.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other power equipment to move products.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers with product accuracy and proper handling.
• Transport and store pallets; assist with put-away and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate product tracking through scanning and warehouse systems; follow FIFO rotation where required.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification; report discrepancies to leadership.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow forklift safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
