Job summary

Kellanova in Cary, NC is seeking a night shift Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving. You will operate forklifts, move finished goods, and help prepare orders for distribution to stores nationwide.

This overnight role runs 5pm–5am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off. The hourly rate is $22.41, and benefits are available after completion of the probationary period.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work night shift.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other duties.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Packing with care and preparing shipping procedures while ensuring paperwork and food safety requirements are met.
• Verify that all appropriate goods are shipped to the correct destination.
• Schedule incoming/outbound materials and finished product shipments.
• Learn WMS systems on stand-up forklifts and high-reach trucks and understand audits within the facility.
