Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a forklift operator for night shift in Washington. You will use electric-powered forklifts to move frozen and dry goods, load and unload pallets, and maintain equipment according to safety standards.

The role requires basic math, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends in cold or dry storage environments. Pay starts around $19.60–$23.75 per hour with increases every 400 hours, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Able to lift minimum 40 lbs / 18 kg.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with high noise levels in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting devices under pallets and load/unload to designated area.
• Record weights, counts, and condition of items using RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections and coordinate with drivers.
• Monitor batteries and ensure equipment is charged.
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
